Your group plays real co-op missions and player-versus-player tournaments inside a 100 m² 4D arena, then takes over a 150 m² lounge with leather sofas, a PlayStation corner and barista coffee. The whole 250 m² is yours for the event: no strangers, no queues, no desert heat.

Corporate team building in Dubai
We host corporate events and team building for Dubai companies in a private 250 m² venue: a 100 m² 4D VR arena for the games and a 150 m² lounge with leather sofas and barista coffee for everything in between. Your group plays co-op missions or splits into squads for PvP tournaments with live scoring, then regroups in the lounge over pizza and drinks. One host runs the whole event, so there is nothing for you to set up on the day.

Corporate & group bookings (10-30 people)
The arena hosts up to 5 players per mission, so bigger corporate groups rotate in squads: while one squad plays, the rest of the team relaxes in the lounge with pizzas, drinks and live leaderboards on the screens. A 20-person team typically books Squad 20 and plays four missions back to back, with the briefing and a dedicated Game Master included.
No prepayment is needed: message us on WhatsApp and we hold the slot for your event.
Bigger than 30? For large group events we team up with neighbouring venues inside Goshi Warehouse City: extra entertainment alongside the VR missions, and the whole crowd stays on one territory. Ask on WhatsApp for a custom plan.

What indoor team building activities do you offer?
We run VR team building inside our 100 m² arena: co-op missions where the team works together against the game, and PvP tournaments where squads compete head to head, all with live scoring. It is fully indoor and air-conditioned, and we tailor the format to your group size and goals.
How large a group can you host?
A standard private event hosts up to 30 guests: up to 5 players are in the arena at once and the rest of the group enjoys the lounge between rotations. For bigger celebrations we arrange large group events of up to around 150 guests together with partner venues inside the same Goshi Warehouse City complex, so everyone stays on one closed territory.
Can we hire the whole venue?
Yes. Exclusive venue hire is available from 1 to 14 hours, giving your group the entire 250 m² venue: the 100 m² 4D arena and the 150 m² lounge, closed to the public.
What is in the lounge?
The 150 m² lounge has leather sofas, a PlayStation corner and a coffee bar with a barista serving specialty coffee, cold drinks and our signature mixes. It seats the whole group between VR rotations, and it is where the cake, catering and speeches happen.
Can we celebrate a birthday at VR Point?
Yes, birthdays are one of our favourite events, for kids from age 8 and for adults. See our birthday packages for ready-made party formats, or message us and we will plan it around your date.
Do you offer catering?
Our lounge serves specialty coffee, cold drinks, snack packages and pizza, and outside catering is welcome for private events. Tell us what you need in your enquiry.
How much does a group event cost?
Per-player sessions are from 160 AED. For groups and parties, our all-in Squad packages run from 2,000 AED for up to 30 guests and include the private arena, your VR session and catering. Smaller private arena hire starts at 800 AED. No prepayment required.
Is it good for corporate team building?
Absolutely. Co-op missions and PvP tournaments with live scoring get teams collaborating and competing, and everyone leaves talking about it. See our VR team building page for details.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We issue a tax invoice with VAT for corporate bookings. Send your company details when you confirm and we provide the receipt your finance team needs.
What do the games build for a team?
Co-op missions force real-time communication and sharing roles, and PvP tournaments push strategy and friendly competition. Because everyone is inside the same world, quieter team members get involved fast.
Do we need any gaming or VR experience?
None at all. A host briefs everyone, the controls take about a minute, and the games scale from first-timers to gamers. Most groups are complete beginners.
How long does a team event take?
Play runs 25 to 30 minutes per session. With briefing, rotations and lounge time, most corporate groups book 1.5 to 4 hours. Your Squad package sets the timing by group size.
Can you host a corporate group of 20 or more people?
Yes. Groups of 10 to 30 rotate in squads of up to 5 players while the rest of the team relaxes in the lounge. Squad packages (2,000 to 6,000 AED) cover the private arena, pizzas for the group and a drink for every guest. For a 20-person team the usual pick is Squad 20. Groups larger than 30 work too: we add entertainment with neighbouring venues inside Goshi Warehouse City, so the whole event stays on one territory.
