Where the reviews come from, and how we count them.
Two public sources, nothing curated. On Google the arena is rated 4.9; the count passed 450 reviews in September 2026 and changes almost daily, which is why this site rounds it down to “400+” instead of quoting a number that would be stale by next week. On Tripadvisor the rating is also 5.0 from a smaller set of twenty reviews. The widget above pulls the Google reviews live; we cannot edit, reorder or hide them.
How they are collected: we ask guests after the session, and they write what they think. If your session was not five stars, tell us on WhatsApp first so we can put it right, and then write whatever is true. To add yours: review us on Google or on Tripadvisor.
