The mission
Survive the outbreak.
Patient Zero is the flagship free-roam zombie VR shooter at VR Point Dubai. A containment experiment in a remote desert bunker has gone catastrophically wrong, and the infection is spreading fast. You and your team gear up as elite responders, drop in, and fight your way through the undead to recover the classified research before it is too late.
This is not seated VR. You walk, run and take cover with your whole body across a private 100 m² arena, wireless and untethered. Across two escalating levels you will feel real recoil on every shot, real wind and heat on your skin, and the horde closing in around you. For 2 to 5 players, 25 to 30 minutes of pure adrenaline. Is Patient Zero scary?
It is intense and atmospheric, with a zombie horde closing in, but it is built as a thrilling team mission rather than a pure horror experience. Most guests find it exciting rather than terrifying, and you are always with your squad and your Game Master.
Will I feel motion sickness?
Because you move on your own two feet in free-roam VR, most guests feel no motion sickness. It is a completely different and far gentler experience than seated VR.
What is the minimum age?
Patient Zero is recommended from age 10. Younger players in your group are welcome to relax in the lounge, or try our lighter game Diamond Skull, suitable from age 8.
Do I need VR or gaming experience?
None at all. Every session starts with a short briefing, and the controls are natural: you just move your own body. First-timers and seasoned gamers have an equal blast.
How many people can play?
2 to 5 players share the arena at once. Larger groups play in rotations, and our lounge hosts up to 150 guests for parties and corporate events.
How do I book and do I pay in advance?
No prepayment required. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and reserve your slot, then pay at the venue. From 160 AED per player.
