Have questions?
We'll help you find answers
1. What is VR Point?
VR Point is a full-body, free-roam VR arena in Dubai. You move freely in a real space while playing inside a shared virtual world with your team.
2. What does “Full-Body” mean?
Your movements are tracked across your body, so your in-game character mirrors how you move. This makes gameplay feel natural and more immersive.
3. What is 4D VR?
4D adds real effects like wind, heat, and scents to make the experience feel even more “real” while you play.
4. Is this different from regular VR arcades?
Yes. You don’t stand in one spot with controllers only — you physically move around a large arena and play as a team.
5. What games can we play?
You can choose from multiple VR missions and game worlds. Pick a game on the website and book the slot that fits your group.
1. Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is highly recommended. Walk-ins are possible, but popular slots are often fully booked—so you may not be able to play immediately if you arrive without a reservation.
2. How long is one session?
Gameplay usually takes 25–30 minutes, but it can vary because different teams complete missions at different speeds. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time (and 30 minutes early is best) for check-in and preparation.
3. What are your prices?
Day Session: AED 800 per group (2–5 players)
Evening Session: AED 950 per group (2–5 players)
You book the full private session (all slots for your group), so no strangers join your game. We strongly recommend coming with a friend or a group to get the best experience.
4. Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session.
A refund is possible up to 5 days before the session.
If the deadline has passed, we usually can’t change or remove the booking due to technical limitations. However, if you have an emergency and truly can’t make it, contact us—we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.
1. How many players can play at the same time?
Each session is for 2 to 5 players.
2. Is there a minimum number of players? Why?
Yes — minimum 2 players. Even the easiest level is challenging solo, and adventure missions often require teamwork (for example, two players may be needed to interact with objects or help each other cross obstacles). Zombie/action scenarios are also too difficult for one person.
3. Can we book a private session (no strangers)?
Yes. Every booking is private for your group—you reserve the session for 2–5 players, and no outside guests join.
3. Do you host corporate events or private group events?
Yes. We can organize the experience around your needs—most of our events are corporate. You can also rent the space as a private event to play with friends/family and enjoy drinks and snacks from our bar.
1. Is the experience safe?
Yes. You’ll receive a short safety briefing before playing, and our staff monitors the session to keep everything comfortable and controlled.
2. Is the equipment clean and safe to use?
Yes. We thoroughly disinfect the equipment after every session and prepare it for the next group.
3. What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and flat, closed-toe shoes (sneakers are best). Please avoid heels and flip-flops.
4. Can I wear prescription glasses under the headset?
Yes, most glasses fit under the headset. If your frames are very large, contact lenses can be more comfortable.

We’re in Al Quoz — Goshi Warehouse City, Warehouse/Unit #101, Dubai.
