### What does full-body tracking mean?
Sensors track your whole body, so your in-game character mirrors exactly how you move: walk, run, duck and aim. It feels far more natural and immersive than standard VR with handheld controllers.

### What is 4D VR?
4D adds real physical effects, wind, heat and scents, triggered in sync with the game, so the virtual world is something you feel, not just see.

### Is VR Point different from regular VR arcades?

### How long is one VR session?
Gameplay is usually 25 to 30 minutes, varying with your team's pace. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your slot for a short briefing and gear-up.

### What are VR Point prices?
Sessions are 160 AED per player at any time of day. Each session is for 2 to 5 players and includes full-body VR gear, 4D effects, your private arena and a professional Game Master. No prepayment required.

### Can I change or cancel my booking?
No prepayment is required, so there is nothing to lose. If your plans change, just message us on WhatsApp and we will reschedule your session. For cancellations, let us know ahead of your slot and we will sort it out with you.

### How many players can play at the same time?
Each session is for 2 to 5 players in the arena at once. Larger groups play in rotations, and our lounge welcomes everyone in between.

### Is there a minimum number of players?
Yes, minimum 2. Missions are built around teamwork: you often need a teammate to solve a puzzle, cover you or help you across an obstacle. Solo guests are welcome to join through matchmaking, just ask us.

### Can we book a private session with no strangers?
Yes. Every booking is 100% private for your group of 2 to 5 players, with no outside guests joining your session.

### Is the VR experience safe?
Yes. Every session starts with a short safety briefing, and your Game Master watches the whole game to keep it comfortable and controlled. Because you move on your own two feet, most guests feel no motion sickness.

### Is the equipment clean?
Yes. All gear is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every session and prepared fresh for the next group.

### What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and flat, closed-toe shoes (sneakers are ideal). Please avoid heels and flip-flops.

### Can I wear prescription glasses under the headset?
Yes, most glasses fit comfortably under the headset. If your frames are very large, contact lenses may be more comfortable.

### What indoor team building activities do you offer?
We run VR team building in a private 250 m² venue: co-op missions and PvP tournaments with live scoring in the 100 m² 4D arena, and a 150 m² lounge with leather sofas, a PlayStation corner and barista coffee for everything in between. Fully indoor and air-conditioned, tailored to your group size and goals.

### How large a group can you host?
A standard private event hosts up to 30 guests: up to 5 players are in the arena at once and the rest of the group enjoys the lounge between rotations. For bigger celebrations we arrange large group events of up to around 150 guests with partner venues inside the same Goshi Warehouse City complex, so everyone stays on one closed territory.

### Can we hire the whole venue?
Yes. Exclusive venue hire is available from 1 to 14 hours, giving your group the entire 250 m² venue: the 100 m² 4D arena and the 150 m² lounge, closed to the public.

### Do you offer catering?
Our 150 m² lounge has leather sofas, a PlayStation corner and a coffee bar with a barista serving specialty coffee, cold drinks and our signature mixes; snack packages and pizza are available, and outside catering is welcome for private events. Tell us what you need in your enquiry.

### How much does a group event cost?
Per-player sessions are from 160 AED. For groups and parties, our all-in Squad packages run from 2,000 AED for up to 30 guests and include the private arena, your VR session and catering. Smaller private arena hire starts at 800 AED. No prepayment required.

Squad packages for 10 to 30 guests run 2,000 to 6,000 AED and include the private arena, pizzas and a drink for every guest. Smaller groups of 2 to 5 book standard sessions from 160 AED per player at any time, and private arena hire starts at 800 AED.

### What is included in a birthday package?
The private 100 m² arena for your group only, full-body gear and briefing, a Game Master who runs the whole party, pizzas and a drink for each guest, and the lounge table set up for cake and presents.

### Can we bring our own cake and decorations?
Yes. Bring the cake, decorations and anything else you like; the party area sits outside the arena, and our team helps you time cake cutting and gifts between missions.

### How long does the party last?
Each mission runs 25 to 30 minutes. The full party lasts 1.5 to 4 hours depending on the package: Squad 10 is about 1.5 hours, Squad 20 about 3, Squad 30 about 4.

### What ages does it suit?
Diamond Skull works from age 8; the other four worlds from age 10. Adults play the same missions, so mixed family squads work well. Younger siblings can stay in the lounge with the parents.

### Can parents watch the game?
Yes. Lounge monitors show the missions live, exactly as the players see them, and there is time for photos before and after. The arena itself stays exclusive to the players for safety.
